We are in Washington, D.C. for a BabyMoon/Anniversary/New Year's Trip.
After getting Brian to the train station and on the train (after a 12.5 hour delay!) We finished packing and got on the highway to Washington. The Hampton Inn in downtown is a great place to stay, free wifi, free breakfast and a nice size room! We won't mention the parking fees .... But it's really close to everything and has a Circulator bus stop right in front of it. We went to the Natural History Museum and the spy museum the first day. Oh man, being on my feet for hours and hours and then walking back to the hotel left me a wiped out. The next day we did a tour of the Capital, nap and dinner with Chris, Julie, and Mary Lauren :) Today, we did a hop on/ hop off trolley bus tour.

Ended up in Georgetown where we walked around and visited a chocolatier. A 4 ounce shot of sipping chocolate was just the right size, going along with a chocolate sparkle cookie. Nicolas had coffee :) http://www.jchocolatier.com/

Wow, I think we will just make it into 2011. Pretty tired.
